F J Gray, A C O'Keefe, P M Saville and S I Gaillie were appointed Joint Administrators of H Realisations Limited (formerly Habitat UK Limited) (the Company) on 24 June 2011.  F J Gray is licensed in the UK by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.  P M Saville, A C O'Keefe and S I Gaillie are licensed in the UK by the Insolvency Practitioners Association.  The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.

The European operations of Habitat, including those in Germany, France, Italy and Spain remain unaffected by the Administration of the Company and the Joint Administrators are not responsible for them.  Any dealings with the European operations should continue in the usual manner.
