Frankie & Benny's, the New York Italian restaurant popular with soap stars and TV celebrities is welcoming you to experience the star treatment. Their 144-seater restaurant in Cheltenham brings together the best of classic American and Italian in both style and cuisine.
Open from mid-morning ‘til late it offers traditional New York-Italian dishes from an extensive menu. Favourites include chargrilled burgers, fries, onion rings, pizzas, pastas and house specialities such as chicken parmigana, BBQ ribs, steaks and seafood dishes. Traditional American breakfast also provides a flavoursome treat from 10.00am onwards.
Inside, Frankie & Benny’s feels like a favourite family-run restaurant. From the clatter and chatter of the open kitchen to the bottle-lined bar, it takes you back to 1950s New York. Cosy booth seating and tables are surrounded by walls filled with family snapshots showing life in the Lower East Side of the Big Apple. Music adds to the mood with a mix of classic American swing and beat.

i love frankie and bennies, and this one doesnt dissapoint... mostly, i love the nostaligic atmosphere, with the music, and the decor, BUT i find it very distracting when happy birthday is played, at the risk of sounuding rude places like tgi fridays, find the right level by using the waiters as the birthday call, i prefer this to choking on my food when theres a sudden influx of loud music... and then flashing lights i was concerned there was someone with epilepsy somewhere, the food is great but i feel certain more popular dishes need to be ordered more, particularly for wednesdays where there is the 2 for 1 deal over at the cinema, as i did not get the food i wanted and had to opt for other things

Well done on toning down the lightening a bit, and especially the music! I could actually hear myself think tonight, as well as the others at my table, and I wasn't deafened by Cliff Richards Congratulations this time either, a definite improvement - keep it up.
