Mango

Mango, a contemporary buffet style Indian and Thai restaurant has now opened its doors at The Brewery complex in Cheltenham.

Mango serves a wide selection of starters, main courses and desserts in licensed premises with an open kitchen so diners can watch their food being prepared using the Tandoori oven and traditional grill area.

The menu is carefully selected and includes everyone’s favourite Indian and Thai dishes – from Chicken Tikka or Chicken Green Curry to Lamb Bhuna, vegetarian options including vegetable curry, Saag Aloo and Bombay Aloo.  In addition to this, starters include freshly baked naan bread, popadoms, onion bhaji, prawn crackers, samosas and salads along with a selection of desserts.

Affordable prices make this new restaurant a perfect destination for all ages and the high quality food also makes it ideal for special occasions.

A spokesperson from Mango said: “We are delighted to be a part of The Brewery – we have been made very welcome and it’s great how all the restaurants compliment each other, offering a choice of menus from all across the world.”

Demelsa Coleman from The Brewery, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Mango to The Brewery.  Our other restaurants – The Real China, Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito, Prezzo, Aprés, Burger Burger and Nando’s – as well as other tenants including Cineworld, Fitness First, Dwell and Habitat are pleased to have a new neighbour.”

What Our Website Visitors Think

We have been to Mango about five times so far and the food has been fab every single time, even my 9 year old son loves to eat at Mango. Just make sure you leave some room for the carrot cake.

My Dad's best friend owns the restaurant.I love his food from Indian to Thai food. From the review above it said that they don't sell Thai but they do now!Go and visit, there is even a chocolate fountain which is mouth-watering.

This is a must try for any curry fan. The food is all cooked from fresh ingredients and you can actually see the chefs preparing the food in front of you. Fantastic. Has a wide range mild and 'hot' dishes too!

Love this place the food is really delicious. We never have enough room left to try everything though. We prefer the dinner menu to the lunch menu.

I tried Mango last week and it was really good. I didn't realise it was an Indian buffet before going inside because from the outside it said "Eastern Buffet" which had me thinking it may be Thai or Malaysian - but don't be fooled, it's definitely Indian! My wife and I had a great meal there - there was plenty of variety and the curries were all good quality. It was reassuring also to be able to see the food being cooked in the open style kitchen, with naan breads cooked fresh for us there and then. There was also a good selection of starters along with desserts as well - although I didn't have any room left to try them! Would definitely recommend a visit if you're a curry fan!
