Fitness First's SIX HOUR CLASSATHON!
Come and join the Fitness First team for a marathon charity fitness classathon! Entrants will be raising money for Winston's Wish.
From 10am to 4pm lessons will include combat, aerobics, step, zumba and more. The more classes you do the more money you raise!! For details of how to enter contact Joanne Maxwell at Fitness First on 01242 545 740.
The class programme is as follows:
10am - BodyPump - a weight-based group-fitness program
11am - BodyCombat – an intensive aerobic exercise and workout that combines punching and kicking to create an intense exercise class and workout
12pm - Zumba – an exciting program that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!
1pm - BodyConditioning - an all over tone work out for the body, combining muscular endurance and aerobic work out
2pm - Dance Aerobics - a mixture of aerobic and dance exercises.
3pm - Circuits – a muscular endurance exercise, where you perform a minute at each station and then after completing 8 stations you rest for 2 minutes then repeat the circuit again and again.
