The Brewery Literary Lunch – Katie Fforde at Après

Acclaimed novelist Katie Fforde is launching a new series of Charity Literary Lunches at The Brewery centre in Cheltenham on Thursday 25^th June 2009 .

Book lovers will jump at the opportunity to hear Stroud-based Katie talk about how she got published and read from her new book Love Letters .  The event is to be  held at the stylish Aprés bar and restaurant at The Brewery and there will be an opportunity to chat with Katie and have a copy of the book personalised.

                                                 Love Letters features bookshop-working Laura who rashly gets involved in 
organising a rural literary festival and the scrapes she gets into after she leads people to believe she knows a famous author personally, when in reality she only has a long distance crush!

This fundraising event for the Gloucestershire based Leukaemia & Intensive Chemotherapy Fund (LINC) will cost £25 per person to include a buffet lunch, glass of wine, coffee and a copy of Katie Ffordes new book Love Letters (rrp £12.99)

The delicious freshly prepared food and contemporary atmosphere at Aprés creates
the perfect venue for a lunchtime literary event to remember.

place at 12 noon for 12.30pm and will finish around 2.30pm.
